Whetu Challenge

Whetu Challenge - Paper Planes

Today our challenge was to design an accurate paper plane. We were given a draft piece of paper to trial
and a good piece to use once we had tested the accuracy of it.

Before we started I thought this challenge was going to be really hard because I did not know how to make a paper plane I think that I have made a paper plane but I forgot how the steps went. But luckily there were instructions on how to make a paper plane.

I decided to use the design of putting a couple of flowers and a couple of butterflies to make the plane a bit more prettier than just a plain white piece of paper that got folded into a paper plane. I am very proud of what I have achieved. I think that I did a pretty good job of coloring in and drawing some patterns on the plane. I also think that the more tighter you fold it the more accurate the plane will fly.

The hardest part was actually trying to get into the (Hanger) because the hanger was actually really small and my plane kept on doing loops.

During our competition time, I don't know my score. but I do know that I did not get it into the hanger. But I will try to do a different plane.
